Myofascial Selfcare Classes These classes are designed for a small number of participants and will introduce you to, or improve your myofascial stretching techniqes for improving mobility and reducing pain. We utilize long, slow, gentle stretches for longer periods of time than traditional stretching. This allows for an elongation of the connective tissue of the body, fascia, to regain elasticty and fluidity that may have been lost after injuries or prolonged periods of repetive postural insufficiencies. We will inocorporate a variety of tool to work out those knots and sore muscles!
