Activities of Daily Living Training
When people experience and injury, illness or have Chronic pain, it may become difficult, if not impossible to successfully participate in e activities that were previously done every day without assistance. These activities may be related to grooming, bathing, dressing, transferring form one position to another and walking. Continence and toileting are also activities of daily living. We can help decrease pain, normalize posture, improve range of motion and strength, provide energy conservation and joint protection recommendations to make activities of daily living easier to accomplish independently.
